Conceived as 'Sprinter Van' of the water, CC10m is a unique vessel
that can be easily tailored for use by commercial and leisure craft
sectors.
We offer 3 standard variants. In all three cases the DNA is the same; helm forwards, load space amidships and wet locker/engine room aft.
'Van': comprises a 10 cubic metre enclosed load space accessed from the helm area or optional sliding side doors and a hinging roof panel. The load space is finished but bare as standard ready for your customisation with storage racks/frames.
'MPV': includes load space side windows and the additional comfort of hot and cold air supplies to passenger accommodation. The main access is through the forward bulkhead to the helm area or an optional sliding side door to starboard. The interior is ready to be fitted out on spec.
'Open': the load space sidewalls and forward load space bulkhead are omitted. This results in the vista advantages of an open RIB but with the added comfort of a full length roof providing protection from the elements.
With affordability through innovative design and production methods, CC10m meets a wide range of market needs, bringing a style and quality to the workboat sector never before seen and exciting new possibilities to the leisure sectors.
Benefits
Versatility & Tailoring: CC10m provides the perfect platform to customise to a customer's exact requirements. The passenger/load space can be easily tailored for specific roles either on spec or with the optional deck loc system where the user can quickly change the roles of the boat, for example, from carrying passengers to cargo.
Operational Effectiveness: Good sea-keeping attributes combined with a semi enclosed helm and fully enclosed load/passenger space means crew stay effective for longer and passengers remain comfortable and protected from the elements. Heating and air-conditioning can be specified.
Simple to Operate: Electrical parts are kept to a minimum. Mechanical parts are hard wearing, readily sourced and easily accessible to service/replace.
More benefits
Aesthetics & Quality: The styling and quality finish of the CC10m present a robust and confident presence. Chameleon stands out in a crowd, lends itself to branding, enhances the company image and gives a feeling of security to passengers. Chameleon Craft holds ISO 9001 quality accreditation helping to ensure the highest level quality of product is realised.
Shorter lead times: The CC10m has been designed to be assembled in a short timescale. This time saving over traditional assembly methods results in the time between placing an order and delivery of the vessel being greatly reduced.
Value for Money: State of the art design, well thought out manufacturing techniques and, through ISO 9001 accreditation, working relationships with only the highest quality sub-contractors and suppliers, allows Chameleon to keep production costs down, resulting in greater affordability.
Concept
The CC10m platform provides all the waterborne equivalent uses and more of a commercial van and large people carrier.
The full height load space is a similar size to that of a long wheelbase, hi-roof Mercedes Sprinter Van as is the maximum payload of 1200kg.
'Van' variant
Tailor your Chameleon CC10m Van to fit your business.
With options for one or two van sliding doors and also an opening roof panel through which up to 3 euro pallets can be lowered, the role possibilities are endless.
'MPV' variant
From small operation ferrying for up to 12 passengers to family camper van, VIP limousine and high spec super yacht tender, CC10m in its passenger role is distinctive and effective.
'Open' variant
With open sides and cover overhead providing protection from the elements, CC10m can be a high spec dive boat or, in warm climes, an exclusive sea-fare platform or resort water taxi.
Any number of waterborne tourism applications are possible with this variant.

Cutaway views
The semi-enclosed helm area is capable of operating with a maximum of 3 crew, with a dedicated helm seat forward and double crew bench seat just behind. Crew can access the side decks quickly from the helm area without interfering with the helmsman. This area has warm and cool air supplies as standard.
The full head height, full length load space allows customisation for many roles and is accessed from the helm area or through optional sliding side doors.
There is a generous wet locker space aft, capable of housing bicycles and other walk on goods. The wet locker floor houses the engine room access hatch. Although fully enclosed it is possible to lift the engine out through the wet locker, in the event of an engine change being required.
Helm console
The standardised helm console is clean and simple in design for ease of operation. The helm position is located on centreline for best all round visibility which in turn is enhanced by 3 rear view cameras, output through the chart plotter, ensuring the helmsman has full control of the boat at all times.
The instrument layout is ergonomically designed so that different operations can be performed simultaneously without compromise. The rotating helm seat is fully adjustable, up, down, fore and aft.
Access to the forward technical space can be found under the helm console.
